Tony Hsieh just recently sold his company Zappos, to amazon for over $700 million. This is his second company that he's sold for hundreds of millions (remember Linkexchange). So, when he has something to say about entrepreneurship, I certainly will listen. His advice at the end of this video is something I've been preaching for the last 4 years. It's so cheap to start a web company today, that you really don't need the kind of money that you use to. Do what you can to get your web service up and making money. You don't always need VC.
